About Us
Learning how to cook from his mother, grandmothers and a host of other great cooks our dad has become known as one of greatest Cajun/Creole cooks in South Louisiana. He has taken local cuisine to another level that cannot be duplicated. One day our father needed a miracle, and the Lord asked what was in his hands. We took what was in his hands, bottled it and called it Maw Maw's...a miracle from the Lord (Exodus 4:1-3). Add Maw Maw's to anything and experience what we have enjoyed for ages!

Every client receives a personalized menu that caters to their taste, preferences and budget. We are able to handle, breakfast, brunch, lunch, as well as light snacks and desserts. We have years experience working with Creole Cuisine... such as Gumbo, Jambalaya, Etouffee. We also have desserts such as (apple, pecan, pumpkin, sweet potato & lemon meringue) pies along with our famous Marvin's 5 layer strawberry short cake and our delicious peach cobbler.
